Cancel your contract.
Online cancellation notice (articles L.215-1-1 and D.215-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code)
This form lets you cancel your maintenance subscription (Essentiel, Confort, Sérénité) or your recurring add-on (social media management) subscribed with Djanni Studio, at any time, free of charge and without penalty, with no justification required.
In accordance with article 20.6 of the Terms, a one-month notice period applies: the cancellation takes effect at the end of the calendar month following the month of your request. Monthly payments remain due until that date. You keep full ownership of your website, its source code and your access credentials.
After you review the summary of your request, an acknowledgement of receipt is sent to you by email, then the effective end date of your contract is confirmed on a durable medium.
